His expertise extends across domains such as wealth and risk management, contract negotiation, lobbying, fundraising, and adept team leadership.

Cristhian Andrews

Co-Founder | Board Member | Chief Investment Officer

As current Chairman of the Investment Committee of Initiative Equity Partners, Cristhian oversees investment strategy managing a portfolio of companies in Finance, Energy and Technology. Assuming a fiduciary approach with a sound foundation of investment principles, Cristhian’s investment strategy has generated a 54.2% annualized net return and cumulative net returns of 565.78% over the last five years compared to a 9.7% annualized net return and cumulative net returns of 98.76% for the S&P 500. Additionally Cristhian has diversified his time with Film & Media strengthening his diversity for valuations & acquisitions, his ability to identify alpha, and his talent in achieving successful returns above benchmarks. Cristhian currently sits on the Board of ArtIn Energy, a Solar & Green Hydrogen technology company currently filing for its NYSE IPO and sits on the board of New World School of the Arts Alumni Foundation.

Olha Emellyne Kaly is a dynamic force and seasoned investment fund specialist at the helm of operations, finance, and compliance for Fund Launch. Demonstrating exceptional expertise in debt structures, securities offerings, private placements and investor relations, it is with a distinguished ability that Olha manages operations and navigates the complexities of investment funds. Beyond finance, her background spans in film producing beginning in 2013. As current chairwoman at Prolific Artists, a prominent NYC-based arts-focused non-profit organization, her impact resonates not only through her financial acumen but also with her commitment to the arts and awareness-driven initiatives.

John Gillen

VP of Portfolio Operations

John Gillen spent six years at BlackRock as Vice-President, leading a large team of analysts across North America supporting thousands of clients on BlackRock’s Aladdin® platform. Aladdin® is a technology platform that unifies the investment management process through a common data language used by Asset Managers, Banks, insurers, pension plans, and other institutional investors. Additionally, John is a recognized expert on the Economics of Digital Assets and has consulted for multiple successful projects in the Web3 space. He has also worked in a variety of roles in the world of entertainment, including two years at The Gersh Agency in NYC and producing dozens of independent projects. He is a master communicator who combines financial accumen, technical knowledge, and creative vision, into a singular passionate force.

Renowned for his editing prowess and administrative skills, Saber ensures high-quality written materials and maximizes productivity through effective team collaboration. In addition to excelling in acting and business, Saber is skilled in scriptwriting and script doctoring, crafting compelling narratives. His achievements include top rankings in the Cedar City Shakespeare Competition, and he is the visionary founder of Shadow Valley Productions LLC, leading a diverse slate of 20 films. Committed to community impact, Saber actively supports local charities, embodying his compassionate nature and social responsibility.

Dan Griffin

Executive | EVP of Production | Producer

Dan Griffin is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in entertainment. From early days in Off-Broadway plays and gymnastics competitions, he navigated a diverse career. His journey includes writing for Quest Comics, contributing to BREAKFAST IN NEW ENGLAND, and acting in CENTRAL PARK WEST. Griffin's Hollywood stint saw him in films like GATTACA and JINGLE ALL THE WAY.

Returning to the East Coast, he acted in projects like KEEPING THE FAITH and I AM LEGEND, all while writing children's books. Griffin's producing career took off with credits on DREAM HOUSE, AMERICAN GANGSTER, and more. As Chief Content Officer for the Ubiquity Channel, he played a key role in TVtibi's launch.

Influential in film tax incentives, Griffin's diverse roles extend to optics, with current involvement in an optics company. At Euldora Financial, he continues to raise funds and expand his network, embodying a dynamic force in entertainment and finance.
